Onda Pro Club Membership Terms:

Onda Pro Club membership is available in two tiers: Premier and VIP. Membership benefits, preferred pricing, treatment access, and other privileges vary by membership tier and are subject to the applicable membership terms. Membership is personal, non-transferable, and intended solely for the enrolled member. Membership fees are recurring monthly charges and will automatically renew each month at the applicable membership rate unless canceled in accordance with EVE Aesthetics’ cancellation policy. The membership fee provides access to the benefits associated with the selected membership tier and does not constitute payment for, or guarantee the results of, any specific treatment. Onda Pro treatments are subject to consultation, medical eligibility, treatment-area suitability, scheduling availability, and the professional judgment of EVE Aesthetics’ qualified providers. Individual results vary, and no specific result is guaranteed.

Membership does not guarantee treatment availability, a particular appointment date or time, or eligibility for Onda Pro treatment. Preferred pricing and membership benefits cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, offers, or packages unless expressly stated by EVE Aesthetics. Membership benefits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash. Unused benefits, credits, or promotional offers, if any, are subject to the specific terms of the applicable membership tier and may expire or be forfeited upon cancellation where permitted by law.

By enrolling, the member authorizes EVE Aesthetics to charge the designated payment method for the applicable recurring monthly membership fee. The member may cancel the membership in accordance with the cancellation procedures provided at enrollment and in the membership agreement. Cancellation will stop future recurring charges but does not necessarily entitle the member to a refund of amounts already charged or unused membership benefits, except as required by applicable law or expressly provided in the membership terms. EVE Aesthetics reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, eligibility requirements, treatment offerings, or membership terms upon appropriate notice as required by applicable law. If a material change affects the recurring membership fee, applicable notice and cancellation rights will be provided as required by law.

Onda Pro is an aesthetic treatment and is not a substitute for medical care. Treatment recommendations and eligibility are determined following consultation and assessment by an appropriate EVE Aesthetics provider. Contraindications, risks, potential side effects, and alternative treatment options will be discussed as applicable. Members are responsible for following all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by EVE Aesthetics.

By enrolling in the Onda Pro Club, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the applicable membership terms, recurring billing authorization, cancellation policy, and treatment consent requirements.
